omar a9c2badf2c Show parallel run progress and manage held clones and qualifications 
- Job page: stable active-attempt default, per-run status grid with
  elapsed/countdown, completed k/n progress, queue position with an
  approximate ETA, past phases marked; artifacts come from the job payload.
- Polling stops for settled jobs and pauses in hidden tabs; events polling
  no longer re-renders without new events.
- Evidence release also for cleanup=failed with allocation details; new
  admin held-clones panel.
- Admin: all-profiles qualification overview, live refresh while
  qualifications run, Publish only for passed revisions.
- Russian labels for API error codes, event kinds and Grub statuses.
- nginx: gzip, immutable assets, request-time API upstream resolution,
  security headers only on static locations.
